What Are Employers Looking For?
Interviews are stressful. Probably one of the most stressful things a person can go through. And it’s not just because you are not sure if you are going to get the job. One of the things you’re concerned about is what your interviewer is looking for. Many things run through your mind: Are my credentials up to snuff? I wonder how many other people they have interviewed. Did I brush my teeth?
